Company cars registered in Switzerland

The use of a company vehicle with a Swiss registration for personal use is no longer permissible from the 1st of May, 2015.

We can follow the procedures for you, so you benefit from the exemption of the 10 % customs duties if your vehicle is European.

Use of the vehicle for private purposes

If your employer wishes to allow you to use the company car for private use, he will have to import the Swiss vehicle into the European Union and pay the 20% VAT plus the 10% tax.
The VAT and Taxes are calculated from the Argus Value.
