An expert team at your service

Founded in 2001 by Gérard Doutaz, a specialist in customs and former forwarding agent who has been working in the sector since 1981, Multi-Douane Services supports many companies across French-speaking Switzerland and private customers with their customs formalities.

 

Our services are aimed at companies that wish to import or export merchandise and individuals and private customers who wish to receive merchandise or personal possessions.

 

Even though we are based at Geneva Airport, our network of partners means that we can also work with the customs offices at Zurich Airport, Basel Weil-am-Rhein, Basel Saint Louis and Bardonnex.

As each customer’s problem is unique, we help find the best regulatory solutions for your specific situation.

 

With a direct link to the IT system of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security, Multi-Douane Services is an authorised consignor/consignee.

The entire team has followed the TRACES training course run by the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office so we can take care of imports and exports of foods, live animals and fruits/vegetables.

 

Whatever the customs issue, Multi-Douane Service can intervene as a reliable point of contact, liaising between the customer and the administration.
